Web site's background information
This web site has been developed by Paolo Deluca using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX and Flash MX software. The whole website, including the eJournal and eBulletin, is database driven using PHP and MySQL. It is hosted by the Hosting Italia on a Unix server with 50Mb of space available. It contains information on the available resources, events and relevant information about the Euridice project and the Euridice network and its partners. It is updated regularly and contains static as well as dynamic pages. An effort has been made to provide it with multimedia contents.
It also hosts the ejournal “Substances at work” and the associated ebulletin. These are pioneer tools of information, in a pilot phase, focusing on addictions related problems in the workplace, available to subscribers free of charge. The main aim of the web site, the ejournal and ebulletin is to create a network of experts, professionals and users to easily share information and experiences.
Some pages of this site are still under construction. Others are updated regularly. I am doing my best to avoid errors so please feel free to email me if you find any or you have any comments about these pages or any queries.
